Musicians on and in ‘Music’ by Andrew Zuckerman
‘Music’ is the latest project by Andrew Zuckerman the renowned, award-winning New York photographer. It includes a book of portraits and interviews with some 50 world’s top musicians, a documentary and the iPad app which is an extension of the book and the film. As a follow up to Zuckerman’s 2008 project ‘Wisdom’, ‘Music’ offers an insight into the creative process of making music, inspiration behind it, thoughts on fame and success and the meaning of it all. Shot in an understated, realistic fashion that Zuckerman is famous for, both the book and the film allow for the personalities to come through and the words to take the spotlight.
